Erlanger invites community to LIFE FORCE IV Open House

Chattanooga, Tenn. – The LIFE FORCE IV air medical base in McCaysville, Ga. will officially celebrate the new service to the tri-state region with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Friday, August 10 beginning at 10 a.m.

Erlanger Health System welcomes residents, business representatives and community leaders to join LIFE FORCE IV in recognizing their commitment to serving local communities through valuable critical care and helicopter transportation to Erlanger, the region’s only Level I adult and pediatric trauma center, and other medical facilities in the surrounding area.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin at the new helicopter base at 10 a.m. with the open house lasting until 3 p.m. The LIFE FORCE crew members will host a free lunch (while supplies last), along with tours of the base, demonstrations of night vision technology, fun activities for all ages and information on other world-class medical services that are provided by Erlanger.
